How it all went good. The only complaint I really have is the way the person came bouncing into the parking lot bringing the vehicle all around front as I was standing in the showroom and watching them. They parked it rather and drove it rather abruptly and not how they should treat a vehicle. It's not theirs and there was stuff in the back of that pickup. That was propane tanks and otherwise that they probably did not know about. They should not be driving vehicles the way he did when he pulled mine into the parking lot off the street

Very professional and quick service. Turn around time was rapid.

We had an issue with the transmission leaking after the work was done. They came to our house, picked up the truck and within 24 hours they returned it repaired. We really appreciate the customer service and taking care of the problem as quickly as they did. Both of the tow truck drivers were excellent . Sal and Scott are a wonderful representation of your company.

Getting scheduled oil changes here is always 2 hours or more. This last time they didn’t even tell me that my car was done. I just checked on it after the 2 hour mark and it was sitting in the parking lot. Terrible customer service here every time. Hate it. If it was not free I would not come here. I love my equinox but I would not buy a vehicle from LITHIA again.
