I guess this is the norm. I only go here for oil changes because I bought my car from Lithia and I have free oil changes. Just terrible customer service. Happens every time. Cameron stepped out to greet us , while others had coffee. . told him my car difficult to get in and out, so he showed us a 2525 trax. so much wider and easy in and out. just talking and figure out what I should do about down and my trade in. low and behold I drove home in a new trax. very happy with the car and must say Cameron super to deal with.
