Does not appear a Safety Check was completed. Tire pressure was not checked. Short life battery (s) (42 month) were correctly installed. Should have been 7' year to match the original ones.

Service and communication were great! Repairs done in a timely fashion! Great experience!

I dropped my car of for a 10:30 am appointment for some routine maintenance. As I dropped the car off at 8:30 am I figured that gave them the entire day as I was not using the car. I received a call around 9:30 am saying that my car was ready for pick-up with all maintenance completed. I was very appreciative.

We have been trying to make the DEF system function since I purchased this truck in 2011 Should have been done in a recall. Let’s see how long this fix lasts

While I was in the waiting room for the customers, I found out that I was scheduled an appointment at 1:00 PM the same time as another customer was at the same time. Why were there customers booked an appointment at the same time? It took 2 1/2 hours to just do an oil change! I can take my vehicle anywhere else and have my oil change done in under 1 hour. I paid for this service; I shouldn't have to wait so long for it to get done. It's just an oil change, they weren't required to look at anything else.
