Both the salesperson and finance guy were patient transparent and a pleasure to deal with both before and after the sale.

How it all went good. The only complaint I really have is the way the person came bouncing into the parking lot bringing the vehicle all around front as I was standing in the showroom and watching them. They parked it rather and drove it rather abruptly and not how they should treat a vehicle. It's not theirs and there was stuff in the back of that pickup. That was propane tanks and otherwise that they probably did not know about. They should not be driving vehicles the way he did when he pulled mine into the parking lot off the street

I bought a 2019 for you, complained about the transmission, and oil leaks, and oil usage, (burning) lots of oil, you told me “oh that’s normal “ well the engine failed at 126K miles, your famous lifter issue. And you would do nothing to help me. I will never buy from you, or GM again. You have lost a life long Chevy owner. I am so disappointed with GM. And Lithia.

This dealership is filled with good people--GM, service manager and writers, parts department. They consistently exceed my expectations with their efficient work and great customer service. I've been dealing with them since 2011, and they have helped me through a few situations that arise with any brand of vehicle. Their focus on customer service creates brand loyalty. I've put over 500,000 miles on my Duramax trucks, and will gladly keep going to this dealership for service and new vehicles.

Friendly people amd a fast turn around

We had our 2013 Chevy 2500 HD diesel towed in due to no communication from tranny to module. While it was there we also had tranny service, front and rear end and transfer case serviced. Only 1 grommet that holds computer onto shroud was put back in. Other than that, everything was completed as we requested.
