REDDING, CA | 2026 Chevrolet TraverseApril 5, 2026We feel as though the dealership was very misleading with us and even though they became aware of our issue, offered nothing to counterbalance. We were completely fine driving to another dealership to get a better price and were convinced to buy local and do a dealer transfer. We were told that it would save us from putting miles on the new vehicle as they would trailer the vehicle to Redding. Unfortunately when we got to the dealership to pick up our “new” vehicle had 250+ on it. In the grand scheme of things this isn’t a big deal. However it’s the lying and deceit that is frustrating. The dealership knew that we needed to purchase a new vehicle as ours was totaled in a crash and I feel like we were taken advantage of. It’s unfortunate, but we will not purchase here again and would not recommend to friends.Response from Lithia Chevrolet of Redding

Picked on truck but after being washed showed numerous spots of damage. Didn’t want the trail boss they offered for same deal. Actually wanted the z71 but felt it was out of my price range.
